The service

COI Chase is an administrative workflow tool for tracking vendor insurance paperwork. It does not determine legal or contractual compliance, does not verify that any insurance coverage exists or is adequate, and does not replace an insurance broker, attorney, or your own review. You remain responsible for reviewing documents and determining your requirements.

Your responsibilities

Keep account credentials secure; only enter vendor information you are permitted to process; review uploaded documents yourself; and configure reminders and recipients correctly.

Plans

While billing is in placeholder mode, no payment is taken and plan changes are manual. When a payment provider is configured by the owner, its checkout terms and transaction fees will also apply. [OWNER: add fees, cancellation, liability, and governing-law terms after legal review.]

Acceptable use

Do not upload malicious files, attempt to access another organization’s data, or use upload links you were not given.
